           &#xD;

    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Every home service business wants the same thing - To be the best. Of course we do! We want everyone to think of us as the clear choice because we have the best products and services in the world, our customer service is heads above everyone else, our prices are competitive, and we never make mistakes. But let's face it, we're chasing our tails trying to be the best, hoping we'll get more word of mouth referrals and somehow become the clear choice in our industry.
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Don't get me wrong, becoming the clear choice IS the goal. It's just, we need to be realistic on what it takes to get there. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;strong&gt;&#xD;
      
           Let me explain
          &#xD;
    &lt;/strong&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            I'll never forget launching our first SaaS product (Software As A Service) as a marketing company: RooPunch.com . The marketing concept was simple - A kangaroo with gloves on and the tagline that says, "knockout your competition with killer referrals." I loved the premise of the product.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The plan was simple - create a software engine that allows you to create unlimited landing pages that make you the clear choice for your business. Think of it like a digital handshake that makes you the easiest to refer in your market. You create a landing page SPECIFICALLY for someone to refer you out and a solid offer that can be redeemed for anyone who fills out the form on that page. You target your referral stream (say friends and family, or roofers, or electricians, etc). Once you make a template for that referral stream with either a video or a static image, you can now make unlimited landing pages SPECIFICALLY for each individual/business you know. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           A template flow would look like this: "To the friends and family John Doe... This is what I do... This is how I solve your problem. And because you're a friend/family member of John Doe you'll get a $200 discount by filling out the form on this page." 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           The product is solid. Create unlimited landing pages that make you the expert, make you stand out, and make you the easiest to refer in your market.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            What we didn't take in to account is that the application of this product is unlimited in scope. While many are using it as a referral engine, it could is also being used for event promotion, or as a front door to ecommerce, etc. Honestly, people are pretty brilliant in how they implement tools. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           One other thing we didn't take in to consideration is how much of an SEO machine the product is for our clients. Literally hundreds of backlinks that position the client as the clear choice in their industry, easy for people to refer. With the advent of Generative AI SEO, this became a massive, free game-changer for our clients. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            After 6 months coding it the product we got a beta team together, heard their feedback, made necessary adjustments, and went back to the drawing board. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Now, the biggest problem people have when they launch a SaaS product is features vs sales. When do you launch? When the product is fully built out? Well, a product is NEVER fully built out. Yet functionality is essential. Therein lies the problem. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            We decided to launch. Probably faster than we should have. We had a choice. Work on making it the BEST product or put the money into marketing and start getting a return. We chose the latter. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Today, Roopunch is getting ready to launch a nationwide campaign.  Exciting to be sure.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            We have a solid product that does way more than we'd anticipated. And it's soooo affordable. In fact, it'll never be this affordable. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Our goal?
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           To be the best known referral landing page/SEO answer on the market. 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Oh, we'll get better as we go. But if no one knows we exist, being the best will never matter.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           So I encourage you to think in terms of being the best known AS you seek to be the best. Certainly they're not mutually exclusive. But growth comes from a growth mindset. And no one know you're the best until you become the best known.

            A friend of mine started a digital marketing agency. He was excited about the possibilities, but things were going slow.

           "How many have you made?"

            "Hundreds" he said.  "I'm motivated to land my first client and I'll do whatever it takes."

            You see he fell victim to one of the biggest lies in small business marketing. He believed in order to be successful you have to spend countless hours hunting down your right audience.

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Hundreds of loom videos.  Hundreds of hours spent looking for potential clients and yelling in to the wind, hoping someone would watch his loom video and respond.

           I knew he was willing to do whatever it took to land his first client and grow his business. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           "Are you willing to stop making Looms?"  I asked.

      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           He looked at me with a puzzled look. 
          &#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            "I'm willing to do whatever it takes."

            I already knew that was true about him. Now it was time to change his thinking. To change the way you acquired clients. To move him from being the hunter to the hunted. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

           It meant no more Loom Videos. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            What's The Difference? 
           &#xD;

            When you're tracking down your next kill it's not very fun. Most predators hunt because they HAVE to. They hunt because if they don't they won't survive.

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            Which would you rather have?  A phone with a thousand outgoing calls?  Or dozens of inbound calls?

            One brings joy. The other... anxiety.

      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

           That's a pretty big difference.

            Change Your Mindset

            If you've heard me say it once you've heard me say it a thousand times.

            What if you could communicate so clearly how what you have to offer is a clear answer to what your clients need?  And what if you could communicate it in just a sentence or two? 
             &#xD;

        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Recently, I went to a business networking group. When it was time to share what I do they started the timer. I had 60 seconds. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            I said, "My name's Mike. I own Treasure Valley Ads. We do dedicated lead generation for small businesses and we only get paid when you get paid." 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            My entire pitch was less than 15 seconds. People commented.  They smiled.  It was clear. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            And it started conversation. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Does my company offer other things?  Sure. We do websites. We do custom ad campaigns. We do graphic design. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           But there's only one thing that room cared about. "How can I get more business? How do I find more clients?" 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h2&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            The Power Of "Yes"
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The difference between being the hunter and the hunted is the power of "yes." 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           When I can say what I do in 1 sentence and people shake their head yes, you can literally see people selling themselves on what you do. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Don't ruin that. That's gold.
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Don't overexplain. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Don't oversell. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           Just let them keep selling themselves. 
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h2&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Know Your "Sells" 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h2&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Once someone says "yes" don't create roadblocks. Let the person speaking to you sell themselves.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Your job is to just be prepared with your upsell, downfall, and side sell. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            I can't tell you how many conversations have started with companies because they wanted more leads. They didn't even know we made websites. But as they continued to say "yes" and saw the value of what we have to offer, they kept on saying yes until they got a website from us. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            When you learn the art of the sale people seek you out. And you get them to keep saying "yes". 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Now you have the full arsenal of what you have to sell. And you clients are happy because they sold themselves on what you have to offer. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            No matter what you do in business the formula concept is the same:
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            1) Make what you have to offer clear and concise. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            2) Get people to say yes. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            3) Get them to keep saying yes. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            4) And don't create roadblocks. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

            How 15 seconds can dominate your competition

           I'll never forget meeting my friend Kevin.
            &#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
      
           I was working as the CEO for a nonprofit that fights to bring girls out of human sex-trafficking in the state of Idaho. After a presentation, Kevin walked up to me and said, "I can't write you a $20,000 check but I can raise you $60,000!" 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            That was it. That was literally all he said. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            But it wasn't enough. I had to hear more. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           So I said, "Tell me about it. I'd love to hear more!" 
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            I was hooked. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            It lead to an hour long coffee meeting where he told me about his professional life. He was an auctioneer and he raised money for nonprofits. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Sure I had questions. But let's face it. I was sold from his introduction. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            That simple introduction taught me a lot about a market dominating position.
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Here are some of the things I learned:
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           1) Keep it Short
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Ain't nobody got time for a presentation. If you can't say it in a sentence you either don't know what you can truly offer OR what you have to offer isn't different from anyone else.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Use the 15 second rule. If you can't communicate your market dominating position in 15 seconds you'd better figure out how to. You have 1 chance to grab someone's attention for the first time.
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Say it concisely.
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            And for the love of Pete don't overexplain! 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           2) Make it clear
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Think about one simple question. "What do we do and why should people care?"
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            Remember, nobody cares about your business. They care about them. They care about what they're going to get out of what your business has to offer. 
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            So tell them. And don't you dare tell them too much information. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Sure you may do a lot of things well. But there's one thing you do better than anyone else. There's one thing people need to know about you. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            3) Be Confident
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            When you express your market dominating position in a confident fashion you gain instant credibility. People find you more trustworthy because you're confident in what you're saying.
             &#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
        
            If you're presenting it live, be aware of your body language. Body language says way more than your actual words. If you don't look confident no one will listen. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            If you're posting your market dominating position online make sure your language isn't wishy washy. Avoid words that instill doubt. Replace them with words that show confidence.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Remember, you're the expert. You know your industry.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            4) Know Your Audience
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Your market dominating position is not your jingle or your company tagline.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            You can communicate your market dominating position to a group of CEO's differently than you do to a group of buyers. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Kevin knew his audience. He knew I was the CEO of a nonprofit and he let me know in no uncertain terms that he could raise me $60,000. He had me at "hello".
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Find the pain points of your audience and speak to that.  As long as it's Concise, Clear, and Confident.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            In Marketing, I guide my clients through communicating the right offer, to the right audience, at the right time. Though there may be different kinds of campaigns with different kinds of goals and different kinds of companies, those three things never change.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;

            Without a market dominating position it becomes a lot harder to market effectively.

    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            With a market dominating position you will position your company as the expert in your field. And you'll find yourself being the HUNTED as opposed to the HUNTER. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
